Message frequency may vary. Recurring messages are typically sent once per month, or up to 4 messages per month, depending on your case activity and interactions with our services

3. Message Frequency

Recurring messages are approximately once per month. You will receive messages approximately once per month, or as needed based on your interactions with our services.Our messages may include claim updates, appointment reminders, and other important information about your relationship with us:

  • Updates on your VA claim status

4. Message and Data Rates

We do not charge fees for our text messages; however, message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier. You are responsible for such charges. Contact your service provider with questions regarding your plan.

5. Opt-IN (Start Instructions)

Clients opt in to receive SMS from Veteran Benefits Consultant Services LLC by completing the intake form at https://VeteransBenefits.help and providing their mobile number. A required consent checkbox states: “Yes, I agree to receive SMS text messages from Veteran Benefits Consultant Services LLC at (678) 794-1003 for account notifications and customer care, including claim updates, appointment reminders, and related information. Message frequency may vary. Recurring messages are approximately once per month, or as needed based on your interactions with our services. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.” After opting in, clients receive a confirmation text that includes the brand name, message types, frequency, contact number, and opt-out instructions.

5. Opt-Out (STOP Instructions)

You may revoke your consent through any reasonable manner, including:

  • Replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to a text

We will confirm your opt-out request and stop sending messages within 10 business days.

If you wish to resume receiving texts, you will need to opt in again (for example, by re- submitting your number through our website).

8. Disclaimers and Service Limitations

  • That messages will be delivered at a particular

9. Changes to Terms
